This small business of handmade goods, situated in the heart of Tuscany, is headed by the three sisters Niccolina, Giovanna and Serena and goes a long way to making sure that almost lost scents and flavours from ancient times are brought back to life. Quality as their philosophy, dedication for their work and a love for tradition are the fundaments of their business. In order to rediscover the roots of good cookies, a search for old, original recipes was undertaken. Thanks to this, we can now again enjoy the wonderful flavours and tastes of these exceptional biscuits.
