Crust Candy
is produced in large containers in which the candy is crystallised in a
long process to its large size. Afterwards, it is broken into bite-size
pieces. The caramellisation process gives it its crystal-like colour
and its taste. It is especially suitable dissolved in hot milk when one
has caught the flu.
